Table service was attentive and made frequent beverage checks to ensure all were cared for. Everything was very clean and well arranged.
I reserved a King bed, but received a room with 2 Queens. Didn't sleep well due to feet hitting sheets tucked in at bottom bed. Blankets were folded too far below chin. Couldn't get good coverage. The a/c blows on you no metter which bed you're in. Needs a directional baffle to direct the output in different directions. Food was excellent though portions were small. Tv options were limited. More adult choices were expected. Sunday am one person at our table was billed for their meal and mine. We weren't together. It was cleared up before leaving. There was no Spenda in the sweetner container. The sound system in our meeting room was not clear. Seemed to be overdriven; Loud and distorted.

The doubletree by hilton had a lovely pool and a cute lobby. The location is great, just down the street from top golf and main event. I appreciated the friendly staff and the easy access to a 24-hour fitness center.
the furnishings in the room were definitely low budget and need updating.

The location was convenient to the mall.
The hotel felt pre-fabricated. It was not the luxury stay we were expecting based on the website.

Our room was very nice and large. We enjoyed using the bar and pool.
There was really nothing that I would say we didnt like.

We had a memorable stay with the kids, enjoying room service and relaxing by the heated pool and jacuzzi. The sun loungers were perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Just a heads-up, the gym could use a little TLC, but it didn't put a damper on our fun! 🌞

We were not there very much but it was very nice, clean and very pretty. Especially the furniture in the lobby areas.
Wish could have spent some time in the spa

The staff was phenomenol, especially Adam at the bar and the man in the kitchen who was trying new and wonderful new things on the menu, and was nice enough to share a couple things with us. The room was exceptional. We will be back on our way through next weekend.

The outdoor patio was nice, surrounded by beautiful landscaping and fountains. I enjoyed the bistro-style menu, with various American comfort food options that pleased everyone. The hotel offered flexibility with late check-out, great to relax before heading out on more adventures. It served as a great note for our travel itinerary across the United States as we sought new memories together. As a European traveler, this experience felt distinct and engaging.
The hotel experience was marred by some inconveniences , such as the loud vent systems in the room, made it hard to relax. I also noted that housekeeping services were lacking, leading to difficulties in getting fresh towels when needed.

The location was excellent and the staff was extremely friendly during the whole stay! Shopping malls and a large shopping mall were right next door. The restaurant was good with super nice and accommodating staff here, I had excellent dishes.

Perfect location when using Gateway Airport...very helpful for early early morning flights when home is over 3 hours away from Gateway. Well worth the $$ to not have to get up at 3 in the morning and drive in the dark to be at the airport on-time for Allegiant Airlines flights. Glad you were there!!
I ordered a stir-fry for an early dinner...and it was the worst I had tried to eat in a long time. Over-cooked and soy sauced to death. The waiter made certain that I didn't have to pay for it, but I still had no supper. So the food was disapointing on that evening.

The location was a win for finding local gems! BRIO Tuscan Grille and La Madeleine French Bakery were nearby, perfect for foodie adventures. Plus, the staff was super friendly and cute.
The fire alarm went off multiple times at night, a buzzkill for sleep. While fresh towels were appreciated, the floor could've used a little TLC, and I ended up stepping on something sharp-ouch!

Great staff. Rooms are pretty large for standard hotel rooms. Beds were comfy and clean. Bathroom shower head is lower end - needs upgrading - or just be prepared for and enjoy the 'free exfoliating shower.' Otherwise baths are roomy enough for 2 people. Located in Gilbert, near lots of shopping, restaurants (try Oregano's or Arriba's) and the freeway - about 30+ mins to sky harbor in light traffic - close to Mesa airport (10 mins? Drive). Hotel is new and clean. Restaurant prices are very reasonable and food was fresh. Has smallish but adequate fitness center and pool. Next door is a large ballroom/convention center type building, also new, called Elegante (I believe). Was told by Legado staff Marriott Hotels have just purchased this property so expect this hotel to change to reflect that brand in year or so. Can definitely recommend this hotel in the Gilbert area.

Location was convenient to the wedding venue we were attending and the bit of shopping we needed to do. We were a bit annoyed by the room upgrades that were being done in our room while we were trying to check into the room...didn't feel comfortable bringing our stuff into the room until they left...however, we were given free breakfast tickets for the next morning-a nice extra for our inconvenience. Also, the lobby was very pretty.
All of the farming that is going on around the hotel really made our allergies kick up. Also, the hotel needs a few more rolling carts to help guests get their stuff up to their rooms...I Didn't see any when we needed one and one of my friends said, I think a saw two.
